1 — study about the black square
of kasimir malevich. it consists of
several posters, postcards and
other paper documents in smaller
sizes. the used technique is
2 — photography book dealing with
a research on the “neue sachlichkeit”
nowadays; inspired by the german
close-up photographer and sculptor
3 — the title “derriere les barreaux”
is figurative and means behind
bars. amazed by the visual impact
of colors and grids in space,
i started my own research,
trying to relate photography,
graphic design and architecture.
4 — “lewitt display” is a headline
typeface conceived for an
editorial project on the artist
himself, sol lewitt. it was
particularly inspired by the book
“drawings 1958-1992”, showing
only his sketches.
5a — labour typeface that is still
in progress. ogive is a cursive
typeface based on calligraphic
handwriting, more precisely
the cancelleresca italic.

with “tripology”, a tool
i developed using processing.

aiming to play around with
different typeface and create
a (personal) and intelligent
relation between the typefaces
used (walbaum and theinhardt).
9 — “¥€$, we can” is and editorial
design project on paper money.
inspired by norms and conditions,
the books is a collection of
anecdotes, famous counterfeiters
and so on and on. the photos used
in the book are all in reference
to cultural ages and they were
deformed using processing.
10 - gorki is a typeface i started
working on during a project
on the visual identity for
the maxim gorki theater
in berlin in 2010.
it was one of my first digital
typefaces and a few months ago,
i started to review and correct
the initial version.
